Dear Electricians of Dallas,

Vince arrived on time as scheduled. He was very understanding and did not make two women feel like idiots because we didn't figure this out on our own. My elderly mother has been so badly mistreated by previous repairmen and contractors, I joined Angie's List to prevent this kind of thing. Vince was very polite and I would feel safe having him come back when I am not home from work. He found the trouble in the fuse box and fixed it and even helped with re-labeling the switch. We hope to be able to have him re-do our antiquated electric connections in the future.

We cannot thank you enough for your prompt and speedy response to our recent electrical needs.  It was clear that we were one of a number of jobs that he and his expert crew were on that day but he managed to arrive earlier than expected.  Vince made us feel as though our situation was the most important job that day.  He set about diagnosing the problem, recognizing the solution and making the repair masterfully.  We managed to still enjoy our Spring Break outing to the lake too!!  My family and I have the good furtune of now being Electricians of Dallas customers for life!!
